Directions & Parking

Our office is located in downtown Greensboro on the fifth floor of the Southern First Bank Building, at the intersection of Market Street and Elm Street.  On a limited basis, parking is available to our visitors in the lot behind the building.  The entrance to the parking lot that serves the building is from Greene Street.  When you turn into the lot, an arm will raise and you will find a number of “Visitor” spaces located to the left facing the building. These “Visitor” spaces, when available, are for the use of visitors to our office. We will provide an exit code for the parking lot at the completion of your visit.  Please do not park in the numbered spaces in this lot. They are reserved and towing is enforced.

In addition, public parking is available in city-operated parking decks and metered street spaces.  The Greene Street Parking Deck is conveniently located one block south of our location.  The Davie Street Parking Deck is located at the intersection of Davie Street and East Market Street, one block to the east of our location. On-street metered parking is available on a limited basis on Elm and Greene Streets.
